McGrath North Welcomes Two New Shareholders to its Real Estate Practice

McGrath North is pleased to announce the addition of Jon Blumenthal and Patrick Bartman as shareholders in the Firm. Blumenthal will chair the Firm's Real Estate Group, and Bartman will practice in the Real Estate Group. Blumenthal and Bartman represent clients with respect to all aspects of real estate, including the development, purchase, and sale of property, sanitary and improvement districts, construction, financing, and commercial leasing.
