Robert G. Dailey

Robert G. Dailey

Attorney

“Bob's extensive experience with condominium association and homeowners association law provides a unique understanding of needs of those associations, which is invaluable to HOAs and condominium associations, as well as individual owners.

Some typical HOA and condo association matters that he counsels clients on include collection of overdue assessments, negotiations between condo unit owners, enforcement of restrictive covenants and rules and regulations and insurance coverages. He also assists condo associations and HOAs with legal issues related to common element maintenance, capital repair and replacement projects, construction related issues and contract disputes.

Bob also provides counsel to condominium developers in the creation of residential, commercial and multi–use condominiums.

Success Story:

A local high-rise condominium association was having trouble with a tenant that leased the roof of the building for its cell tower equipment. Bob was able to force the cell tower tenant to re-negotiate its long-term lease, which the condo association mistakenly believed had 20 years to run. Bob forced the cell tower company to re-negotiate the lease, and it was required to pay the condo association approximately $100,000 in previously ignored utility payments, and accept a substantial rent increase for the next 20 years.”
